Returns & Exchanges

IF AN ITEM IS MONOGRAMMED WITH YOUR SELECTED TEXT, THE ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED
To exchange an item it’s simple. Simply notify us, by email, within 10 days of receiving your item. Items purchased at full price are eligible to receive an exchange, except in the case of personalised monogramming. If by accident you have entered the wrong name, letter or characters, or have ordered the wrong product unfortunately we cannot return the item.
  
PLEASE NOTE SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED
Please note all purchases on sale items are final so please choose carefully and if you need assistance please feel free to contact us. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind or purchased the incorrect item.
   
  
FAULTY ITEMS
All items are double checked before being sent out however, if you have received the wrong item/wrong monogram or faulty item please contact us straight away and we will send you a replacement item at no further cost or provide a full refund. 
Carefully pack your item and return to White Horizon. Once we receive your return we will proceed with the exchange / credit note once we establish all return terms and conditions have been met. The only conditions are that the items are returned as immaculately as they are sent out – the items must be received in original condition; unused, unwashed, with all attachments included.
 
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. White Horizon Designs staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. We recommend using the registered post option when sending your order back to us as you are responsible for the safe delivery of the return.
 
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the items you purchase from us. We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault. We will refund the return postage costs if the item is faulty or not the correct item in which you ordered. You can email accounts@whitehorizon.com.au if you believe your item has a fault.
